Can there be more understand?

How many of you thinks that being a customer service officer is a very easy job so everytime you can't get what you requested form the officers you just went a head to bang the table or call the officers nasty names and behave very childishly over the phone? I can't say that im a very nice, understanding & reasonable person. But after working as a customer service officer now i can finally understand how they feel when at work. All our calls are being recorded so we have to be very careful with what information that we reveal to the customers we do try our best to help them but sometimes its just so difficult for us to reveal the information! Could i says that all human beings are just plain selfish and try ways and means to get what they want and they are also very stupid at times as well! I'm thinking if everybody could actually stand in the person shoes and thinks for that person there will be peace in the world. Everybody being nice to one another and we stop judging people the job they are in! It does not means that working as a customer service officer or working as a waiter your educational level is very low! Its a job that the person is passion and likes working in. Instead of keep yelling your head off over the phone be more informative, read more & more consideration we are just trying our best to serve you & there are times that its so difficult to explians things to you especially when we cant see whether are you doing the right thing at your end! We should learn to be more understanding towards evrybody including our family members as well as people around us than there will be more peace and less quarrel. Stop being selfish and insisting that things should be done your ways because this can really not be done!
