A brand new year, a brand new start... nah...

Firstly happy new year!! Hope u guys dis new year better than me... Oh yar, for those whom i have not keep you guys updated, im currently working in M1 call centre. I bet you must be thinking that i like to get scolded by customer. Well nope, i just want to know and understand the life of working there.

I started work last year 24 oct 2005 with training till end of nov close to dec b4 im able to answer any call. I had been answering for a few days i think close to a week now. Its not a simple and easy job, patience is the moset important thing working here as some customer get very naggy.

Im working on the first day for the new year n the second day as well... and it really didnt make my life dat wonderful as i wanted... :( Today i was listening to my yesterday n friday call before i answered call. The first call i answered was being scolded by customer but i was just following the procedure of what im suppose to tell him and he got angry n started scolding me. I feel very upset n cried, im telling the truth why must i be scolded and all these customer just come and spoiled my day. You wanted to spend a good new year so do i!

Im also a human being dont coem and vent your anger at me when you cant get what you want. I came to realise that there are so many kinds of people in this world... there are those who are very nice n there are those who yell n shout n scolded you when they can't get what they want.

I having been going to wokr despit having some ear problem and trying my best to solve the customer probolem. You can tell me your problem, tell me you are sick n stuffs like that , what about me? I have to be professional and can't comment much...

I hope tmlo will have a nice day at work.... Study is already so diffcult plus must work n face these kinds of customer... Hiaz.... Hope the rest of my year will be a good one. :) Anyway Happy New Year and all the best to you!! ;)
